The earlier the better: You may book your event up to a year in advance. The latest we allow bookings is 25 days prior to the event.
ALCOHOL
will be allowed at your event with one of two options:
!! All guests will be ID’d. Any party containing alcohol and the presence of minors under the age of 21 will have to purchase additional Insurance of $125. ID policy strictly enforced.
FOOD & CATERING
You may choose to hire a catering service for your event. To ensure your safety, all caterers must be fully ensured & approved by Event City prior to the event.
Convenient snacks are sold inside the event space: popcorn, chips, pickles, soda, Etc
Extra cleanup/setup time: Initial cleaning is included in your deposit. If you need additional hours for pre or post production setup or clean up, there will be a $50/hr fee based on venue availability
Food & Wares Disposal: 30 min prior to the end of event, all food, beverages, and tableware must be removed and disposed of.
Loitering: There will be a $100 fee toward your security deposit if anyone not in the cleaning crew remains in the venue 30 min after the scheduled event. There will be an additional $100 fee if anyone not in the cleaning crew remains in the parking lot 45 min after the scheduled event.

SECURITY
Event City reserves the right to require a security force and collect all accompanying charges at any time after the reservation has been made and before the day of the event. We will provide a security force during specified events after the hours of 4 p.m. The fee for a security presence will be included in your rental package, and we will make all arrangements necessary for your event. We require that security remains in the venue until all guests have exited, and until all guests have left the property grounds.
INJURY
Event City Is not responsible for any injury or loss incurred to persons or property in use of our event space. The Client is responsible for any loss and/or damage to Event City's furniture, premises, and equipment by themselves or guests.
COVID
PAYMENT
We require that the booking party must be 18 or older, 21 or older if alcohol is involved.
